1. Sign up for Microsoft SkyDrive if you don't have one.
2. Click the 'Public' folder.
3. Click 'Upload' on the top screen and drag your excel spreadsheet.
4. Then click the file to open it in the web app.
5. Alter your data before posting it on your blog if necessary.
6. If you find it difficult to change your work in excel web, you can open it in excel.
7. Next, click 'Share' and then 'Embed'.
8. After that, click 'Generate' and view your work.
9. Then, click on 'Information about this workbook' and copy the embed code.
10. Next, paste the embed code on the 'HTML' of your blog and then click 'Compose'.

Finally, pulish your excel spreadsheet.
